The central heated accommodation consists of a very spacious fully fitted kitchen/dining area, 4 doublerooms and 3 bathrooms. Coloured TV/Satellite and WIFI are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots and dishes but you are required to bring your own bedding i.e. sheets, pillow cases and towels.

Price do not include the City Tax introduced by Municipal Administration. This fee must be paid by CASH by the guest.
A reservation is only confirmed unpon receipt of a deposit, which must be sent by Bank transfer or postal money order. If the guest cancels the reservation, written notification must be received within 30 days of the expected date of arrival, in this case the deposit will be retained. After this date we will retain the total deposit.
Can not exceed the number of persons who have been confirmed at the time of reservation.
If the number of guests will be less than that agreed, the price remains unchanged.
On the day of departure we reserve the right to inspect the apartment accompanied by the clients.
All rental contracts are subject to the condition that the clients pay for any damages caused to the property.
No refunds will be given for early departures or late arrivals.
The apartment will be available after 15:00 hrs. on the arrival day and is to be vacated by 09.00 hrs on the departure day.
Apartments are located in the village of Alfauro at 1.5 km from the ski lifts that serve fantastic and exciting tour of the Sellaronda. We are only 36 km from Cortina d’Ampezzo, 11 km from Corvara – Alta Badia km and 22 km Canazei – Val di Fassa.
