1. Prices are per room and include rent, commission, utilities, linen, and tax.
2. A deposit of 50% of the total is required. The deposit will not be returned.
3. The balance must be paid upon arrival.
4. Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
5. It is forbidden to accommodate more people than allowed by the number of beds indicated.
6. A deposit of € 150 is required and will be returned upon departure or within 2 days of check-out.
7. Room furnishings and equipment may not be transferred outside or to other rooms.
8. It is allowed to enter the rooms in case repairs or maintenance are needed even in the absence of the guests.
9. The room must be vacated by 9:30 a.m.
