An experience that gives an overview of the most famous wines of Valpolicella, namely:
Valpolicella Classico DOC BIO
Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC BIO
Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG BIO
The tour begins with a walk in the vineyards where the main steps of the production of our grapes will be introduced and where we'll spend a couple of words regarding the organic farming. We will talk about the harvest and we will therefore go to the drying room of the cellar, where the Amarone and Recioto grapes are dried, to then continue to the vinification rooms. We will complete the tour with a visit to the cellar, where our wines are aged. After the tour, we will sit for the tasting.
