We will tell you the story of our family, how the company was founded, and our mission to cultivate grapes in the high hills to produce wines with unique and recognizable characteristics.
We will visit the drying room, where Amarone and Recioto's grapes are dried. You will be then guided through the winemaking area and the aging cellar, where the wines mature developing distinctive traits.
This experience offers you the chance to taste our Amarone Riserva “Il Fornetto,” made only in the best years, when according to the Accordini family, it represents the highest quality.
The tasting includes 6 wines carefully paired with cured meats and local cheeses. Soppressa salami and rosemary-flavored speck pair perfectly with younger, fresher wines, while full-bodied wines are best complemented with cheeses: Grana Padano, Caciotta fresca from Monte Veronese, and a blue cheese aged for six months in chocolate and rum.
