AGRITURISMO AL CAVALIERE
Located in the heart of the picturesque village of Soffratta, the Villa or Palazzo, as it has always been called, dates back to the late 1800s. Originally an astrological observatory, it later became a school post after the war and then served as the family residence until today. The children, heirs of the family business, opened an agriturismo named "Locanda Al Cavaliere".
Passion and history are intertwined with the land, where we raise animals with care in a natural habitat. The vegetable garden, with its produce, has always been the place where flavors for a traditional cuisine focused on healthy eating are sourced.
In the nearby courtyard, the countryside is home to dairy cows, poultry, pigs, and turkeys, following the peasant tradition scrupulously.

The evocative and harmonious environment enhances the pleasure of dining. The cuisine is refined, and the flavors are those of antiquity. Our kitchen offers numerous specialties, highlighting the naturalness and genuineness of the flavors of our lands, in respect of tradition.
