The apartments for rent “Al Fèver” are located in a newly built house in beautiful Arabba surrounded by Dolomites with exposure on three sides of the building: North, East, South. Few meters, near house there is a large guest parking and a beautiful forest that lends itself to wonderful walks in summer and winter season.

Price do not include the City Tax introduced by Municipal Administration. This fee must be paid by CASH by the guest.
A reservation is only confirmed unpon receipt of a deposit, which must be sent by Bank transfer or postal money order. If the guest cancels the reservation, written notification must be received within 30 days of the expected date of arrival, in this case the deposit will be retained. After this date we will retain the total deposit.
Can not exceed the number of persons who have been confirmed at the time of reservation.
If the number of guests will be less than that agreed, the price remains unchanged.
On the day of departure we reserve the right to inspect the apartment accompanied by the clients.
All rental contracts are subject to the condition that the clients pay for any damages caused to the property.
No refunds will be given for early departures or late arrivals.
The apartment is available at 3.00 pm and must be free within 9:00 am of the departure day.
Apartments are located in the village of Alfauro at 1.5 km from the ski lifts that serve fantastic and exciting tour of the Sellaronda. We are only 36 km from Cortina d’Ampezzo, 11 km from Corvara – Alta Badia km and 22 km Canazei – Val di Fassa.
