A comprehensive tasting that allows for an overview of the wines we produce and to learn about the characteristics of the typical varieties. Our tour starts in the ancient cellar where you can observe the wooden barrels and where we age our wines, then moves on to the processing area and the fruit drying room, an area dedicated to the natural drying of the grapes that will become Amarone and Recioto.
Next, a short walk in the vineyard to observe the vines and our magnificent territory up close. Finally, a tasting of five of our most representative wines to fully understand the peculiarities of the typical grape varieties.
