The Origins is an experience designed for those who want to discover the world of Cavalchina and explore the roots of the history and wine tradition of the Piona family.
The experience begins with a guided tour of the winery, during which guests will discover the local territory, the production philosophy, and the key stages that have shaped the identity of the estate over generations. The tour is followed by a tasting of four selected wines, each representing one of the four estates owned by the Piona family. A journey through different terroirs, landscapes, and interpretations, offering the opportunity to appreciate the nuances and distinctive character of each place of origin. The wines tasted will be accompanied by a selection of local cheeses, carefully paired to enhance each wine.
