The excursion will begin at Prato della Valle to discover the charm of one of the largest squares in Europe. Here stands the Basilica of Santa Giustina, and just a few steps away, we will reach another important Basilica, the guardian of Saint Anthony's tomb. We will then reach the squares of the city center to visit, externally, Palazzo della Ragione, Caffè Pedrocchi, the University, and the squares. Exiting through the ancient Porte Contarine, we will enter the Piovego canal, which leads us to Portello, the ancient river port of the city, now a vibrant student neighborhood. From here, we follow the San Gregorio canal before returning to the city through the Bassanello neighborhood.
Before concluding the excursion, we will toast with the most famous Padovan aperitif that has conquered the world: the Spritz!
