Ai Capitelli

The Trattoria ai Capitelli was established in 1990 thanks to the commitment of Giancarlo and Emma, eager to carry on the tradition of the historic and famous grilled chicken with the renowned tomato sauce invented by parents Bertilla and Palmino.

Here you can find other typical dishes from the Euganean Hills, including mixed grilled meats, as well as bigoli "ai capitelli," that is with cotechino and tomato sauce (grandma Dorina's recipe).

Attention to customer needs and a continuous desire to challenge themselves and evolve have led the owners to offer new dishes, strictly with seasonal products, such as mushrooms foraged by them between August and November.

The location and willingness to accommodate customer requests make Trattoria ai Capitelli an ideal venue for ceremonies, birthdays, and special occasions.

We also offer a service for customized cakes, cookies, and cupcakes in Cake design style.

During the Christmas and Easter periods, we produce panettone, pandoro, and dove in various flavors.
