Because of its desire to tell stories, encounters and people, our ice cream always stems from a thought, which we can traced to three different paths. There are the great classics, i.e. the essential flavours for every ice cream parlour, those able to meet the palate of adults and children, and to give them joy, with simplicity; there are the flavours linked to the territory, a list of special ice creams, inspired by the richness of the raw materials and products of our land, carefully preserved and interpreted by small entrepreneurs and great dreamers; and there are the flavours from the pastry shop, which pay tribute to the pastries of which they are the children, and preserve the suggestion of flavours and textures.

Not only ice cream, but also fresh and packaged desserts always produced in the Padua Prison.
