Gourmetteria's menu stems from the idea of bringing back to life the cuisine of the past, based on simplicity, seasonality and territoriality of products. What today is defined as km0. In Gourmetteria you can taste exclusive flavours of this land. But we also like to experiment, which is why we have decided to reinterpret the classic dishes of Veneto cuisine in a modern key.
To offer our customers a taste of tradition that is never taken for granted. An example? Our famous Veneto pizza, made with maize flour (already used for polenta) and other selected and always fresh ingredients, which follow the seasons and the gastronomic past of each province.
