The cuisine of the agriturismo highlights the flavors of the past, with dishes mainly prepared using home-grown products, respecting traditions and the rhythms of nature.
The main courses range from risotto with sausage and radicchio, homemade pasta a la Canova, homemade bigoli with duck, fettuccine with forest herbs to vegetable pie.
The accommodations are located on the upper floor inside the rustic building, specifically 5 rooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, and TV.
A mini apartment of about 25m2 is available, furnished with an equipped kitchen, induction cooktop, extractor hood, sink, and supplied with dishes as well as a refrigerator and freezer. The room can be either a double or with the possibility of 2 single beds. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin, sink, and toilet.

Inside Agriturismo Canova, animals are not allowed.
The farm produces excellent local wines, including:
- Raboso, a full-bodied red DOC wine obtained from late grapes, suitable for meat dishes;
- Rosso Canova, a rosé red wine also known as Tai, bright with a fresh taste, ideal for delicate dishes;
- Merlot, a red wine with an intense aroma and dry taste, suitable for meat main courses;
- Bianco Canova, a lightly sparkling white wine, obtained from the blend of Tai and Pinot Bianco.
