Located in the municipality of Roncà, at the foot of the Lessini mountains, and just a few kilometers from the town of Soave, it consists of 20 hectares of owned vineyards where Garganega grapes are carefully cultivated. Near the estate, there are two extinct volcanoes, the Calvarina Volcano and the Crocetta Volcano, which give a distinctive imprint to the wines produced.
The Dal Cero family has been producing wine for over three generations, skillfully combining a love for tradition with the most modern winemaking techniques necessary for the production of great wines. With vineyards in the Veneto and Tuscany regions, brothers Davide, Nico, and Francesca take a hands-on approach to managing the company, from grape cultivation to winemaking and bottling. The results are wines with a unique character that encapsulate all the intensity of a product made according to the tradition of expert winemakers, blended with a touch of modernity.
