The Ristorante ai Canonici takes its name from the adjacent Palazzo dei Canonici, which is located just a few steps from the restaurant.
The ancient building that now houses the restaurant has been extensively restored.
This renovation has given the structure a contemporary look while keeping alive the memory of the ancient building with views of the ancient stone masonry of Nanto, which makes up the nearby Palazzo dei Canonici.
