This church is in Montecchio di Negrar di Valpolicella.
It was built in the second half of the XVIII century. The face has the neoclassical style and it's composed by four pilasters with gables; over the entrance there's a medallion with the representation of the Virgin with the Baby. The inside has a crossed plan, with presbitery decorated with the frescoes of the four prophets, of the four evangelists and of the mysteries.
