The origins of the Church of San Giorgio Martire in Cazzano di Tramigna are still unknown, but it was cited for the first time in a document of the 920, it was cited also in a testament of the 1004 and in a seal issue by Pope Eugenio III in 1145.
Today the bell tower is near the church. The church has a rectangular floor plan with four semi-chapels.
The main façade has a rectangular gate with a decoration with a painting of San Giorgio who fights against the Dragon.
