Knuckle of pork, grilled pork, grilled meat, lamb with potatoes, vanilla strudel, are just some of the delicacies that you can enjoy at the refuge, accompanied by refreshing drinks, for a truly satisfying food and wine experience and ideal for facing the beautiful ski slopes. The Burz hut can also be reached by the Burz chairlift without skis on your feet, both on the outward and return journeys.
