The reservation cannot be amended, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
In case the hotel gets informed, by 10 a.m., about an early departure, the night of the departure will be charged. After 10 a.m., both the night of the departure and the following night will be charged.
A penalty equal to the next day of departure will be applied in case the stay is shortened after the terms of free cancellation.
In case late arrival the hotel must be informed as soon as possible, otherwise the room will be kept booked until 10 p.m. (on the arrival day); after 10 p.m. the hotel is free to cancel the reservation and charge the same night as no-show fee

Taking the A4 motorway towards Trieste, exit at San Stino di Livenza and following the provincial road 59 San Stino - Caorle; arriving from San Donà di Piave along the Provincial Road 54 San Donà - Caorle.
By bus
- from Piazzale Roma, in Venice, take the 4A line of the ATVO company and get off at the Caorle bus station. Time: about 1 hours and 50.
- From the airport you can reach Caorle by bus, always through the local ATVO company.
We remind you that the terminus of ATVO Caorle is less than 500 meters from the Hotel AQA Palace (5 minutes on foot).
By train
- getting off at the "Portogruaro-Caorle" railway station and then reaching Caorle with the ATVO company's vehicles;
- getting off at the railway station of "San Donà di Piave-Jesolo" and reaching Caorle with the lines of the ATVO company.
By plane
From Marco Polo Airport in Venice and from Airport Antonio Canova in Treviso, there are several connections of the ATVO buses towards Caorle.
