Deposit: Bookings are considered final after the payment of a deposit and a written confirmation. The amount of the deposit is 20 % of the final price in summer and 30% in winter.
Check-in: The apartment is available from 4 pm of the arrival day.

Check-out: The apartment must be vacated by 9:00 am of the departure day. Late Check-Out after 9:00 am , will be charged Euro 50.
Pets: not allowed
Payments: On the day of arrival we kindly ask you to pay the entire amount of the booked holiday (the deposit will be detracted from the full amount), as well as a security bond between € 100,00 which will be returned to the guest after an apartment inspection. We accept following methods of payment: Cash or through only ONE credit/ debit card. VISA – MASTERCARD – MAESTRO.
For credit card payments, a surcharge of 1.20% is charged - payment by debit card + 0.60%
