GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
Prices include VAT and do not include the city tax.
Rooms are for at least 2 adults paying full price. Children's reductions are only valid if the child stays overnight in a room with two paying adults.
The beach service (featuring one sun umbrella and two sun chairs) is included in the price.
The room reservation is effective and confirmed only after having received the deposit. By late arrivals or early departures, the entire price of the booked rooms will be charged. In case of booking cancellation the amount will NOT be refunded.
The rooms are available on the arrival day from 1 p.m. and have to be set free at 10 a.m. on the departure day.
Dogs and other pets are not allowed.
According to the new Italian law regarding the traceability of cash, the payments exceeding € 3.000,00 must ONLY be payed by bank transfer, credit card, or cheque.
