The estate located on the southern side of the Euganean Hills Regional Park, includes a 17th century villa, immersed in the greenery of centuries-old trees, the farmhouse and its cellar. On the gentle hill slopes behind the villa, vineyards and lush olive trees extend for approximately 10 hectares.
The farmhouse is made up of 2 neighboring farmhouses with a total of 5 double bedrooms which can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people. It is ideal for groups who can rent it exclusively. The rooms, all with private bathroom, are very bright and welcoming and enjoy a splendid panoramic view and incredible silence. Outside there is a relaxation area with a garden, a portico, equipped with tables, and large spaces for walking. A covered shelter for bicycles with the possibility of charging and a workshop is also available to guests. It is possible to taste the company's products in a comfortable room for pleasant convivial moments.
CHECK-IN by 6pm. Late arrivals on the booked will result in the entire booked period being charged.
Upon arrival, a credit card will be requested as a deposit.
CHECK-OUT by 11:00. Departures earlier than booked will result in the entire booked period being charged.
PAYMENT Cancellations may be communicated within 10 days from the start date of the stay.
Payment in advance, by bank transfer, or upon arrival of guests, even by credit card, is preferred.
BREAKFAST: The price includes a small breakfast in the room.
EQUIPMENT: The rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels changed weekly. If requested, the cost for rearrangement/room is €10/day.
Each room is equipped with independent heating/air conditioning.
Guests are kindly invited to avoid excesses and respect the peace of others. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms inside the structure, including rooms. Small pets are allowed.
Villa Egizia is located in Battaglia Terme on the southern side of the Euganean Hills, a few kilometers from Padua.
Getting there by car is very simple: A13 Padua-Bologna motorway, Terme Euganee exit.
Turn left, direction Battaglia Terme. Pass the Catajo castle on your right.
In Battaglia, turn right, cross the bridge over the canal, and keep to the right heading towards Galzignano.
After the underpass, at the roundabout, take the right onto “strada del Castelletto.”
Continue for about 1.5 km; Villa Egizia is located along the road on the right.
You can also arrive by train; there is a station in the town center or, well connected, the Monselice station. From both, you can easily reach the nearby cities of Padua and Venice or, on the opposite side, Bologna, Ferrara...
