The agriturismo is located in the beautiful Valbelluna, rich in villages, churches, and historic villas to explore in complete tranquility. Still intact in its beauty and little known to mass tourism, the area offers natural trails for walks and bike rides among some of the most beautiful mountains in the world. Venice, the Dolomites, and the Prosecco Hills are easily reachable by car, while the exclusive Romantic Park of Villa Modolo offers a fairytale setting to admire directly on site. The rooms and accommodations of the agriturismo are designed for every type of stay: from a romantic getaway for couples to a trip with friends or a family vacation week.
CHECK-IN between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM - CHECK-OUT by 10:30 AM
THE PRICE INCLUDES: breakfast, bathroom/bed linen, heating costs, air conditioning, bathroom product kit, parking, final cleaning.
THE PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night; anything not specified in "the prices include." Any extra charges must be confirmed at the time of booking and will be added to the total stay (camp bed, dog stay, etc.).
EXPERIENCES ON RESERVATION: private guided tour of the villa and village of Modolo booked in advance at a cost of €30.00 per room/accommodation or group visit by booking from the activity calendar at the following link https://www.villadimodolo.com/esperienze/ (from April to October).
PAYMENT TERMS: To guarantee the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay is required upon confirmation (NON-REFUNDABLE). Balance & tourist tax are to be paid on-site.
From the motorway (A27): at the end of the motorway and after the toll booth, exit for Belluno and follow the signs for Belluno city center (SP1). After about 7 km at the roundabout, follow the signs for Castion or Nevegal. Once you arrive in Castion, after San Cipriano Park, follow the sign indicating Modolo by taking the road on the left. Following the road to the end, you will reach the villa's parking lot.
To reach the agriturismo, continue on the small road to the left and after the bend, enter the gate on the right.
