Cancellation policy
- For cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival: no cancellation fee. If the reservation has been guaranteed by paying a deposit by bank transfer, this will be refunded.
- For cancellations received within 14 days and up to the day of arrival: 50% of the total cost of the booked stay will be charged as a penalty. Any deposit paid will be retained.
- For cancellations/amendments (even partial) or non-arrival: 100% of the total cost of the stay booked will be charged as a penalty.
The Domino Suite Hotel is easily accessible for those traveling by car and equally well connected for those who choose to arrive by public transport.
