Our house offers 6 double rooms. The comfortable and spacious rooms have electronic lock, balcony, bath with shower and hairdryer, TV, internet Wi.Fi , safe and fridge. Kettle, tea and coffee.

Deposit: Bookings are considered final after the payment of a deposit and a written confirmation. The amount of the deposit is 20 % of the final price in summer and 30% in winter.
Check-in: The room is available from 4 pm of the arrival day.

Check-out: The apartment must be vacated by 9:30 am of the departure day. Late Check-Out after 9:30 am , will be charged Euro 50.
Pets: not allowed
Payments: On the day of arrival we kindly ask you to pay the entire amount of the booked holiday.
We accept following methods of payment: Cash or through only ONE credit/ debit card. VISA – MASTERCARD – MAESTRO.
For credit card payments, a surcharge of 1.20% is charged - payment by debit card + 0.60%
