The Apartments Carlotta are situated in the same building of Hotel Portavescovo in the center of Arabba close to the slopes and the lifts of the Sellaronda. They are equipped with bathroom, shower, kitchen, digital TV, wi-fi, telephone and safety box. In the winter season the guests can use for free the wellness area in Hotel Portavescovo: swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, gym and massage service. The ski equipment can be stored in the heated skiboxes in Hotel Portavescovo.

- The apartments cannot be occupied by more persons than specified in the reservation.
- On request we can accept small pets, but they cannot stay in the common areas. As additional cleaning costs we calculate 25,00 € per pet.
- At the departure the general state of the apartment and the cleaning of the kitchen will be checked.
