The B&B Col de le Mole, surrounded by the green of a vivid garden bordering the country is located in Castion, near the town of Belluno at the foot of Nevegal mountain a skiing area and summer touristic location of the Pre-Alps of Belluno. We are in the center of the splendid Val Belluna where history, culture and traditions meet together to offer the guest unique emotions when visiting, walking or lingering in these heterogeneous and fascinating landscapes.
The rooms have been created on the big penthouse of Mario, Mattia and Claudia’s family home which has been restored with particular attention to environmental sustainability, using renewable energy sources and eco-friendly materials.
In our B&B we provide 3 bright comfortable rooms, decorated with attention to details with double or single beds and all with private bathrooms and terrace.
There are in: the common area, large terrace, garden & park.
We can offer at breakfast typical territory products on our guests’ demand.
RULES AND NFORMATIONS:
- CANCELLATION POLICY: the guest can cancel free of charge up to 15 days before arrival, after which a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked stay will be charged (also for no-show)
- You check in from 2 pm up 19 pm , check out up to 10am.
We like to know approssimately your arrival timinig and so we kindly ask you to inform us, above all you had different needs. - Please, respect our non smoking policy inside the room/apartment
- You can use the laundry,with prior notice
- Please leave the rubbish in the designated containers
- Air conditioner and heating system: as energy savings, we kindly ask ypu cooperation for it.
