Giardino Botanico Alpino del Cansiglio

The Alpine Botanical Garden was designed by Prof. Lorenzoni in 1972 and is currently managed by Veneto Agricoltura. The site covers an area of about 2 hectares and the flower beds, situated at different levels, host highly diverse habitats such as alpine environments, wet areas, forest formations, and areas with medicinal mountain plants and alpine environments. The Garden implements enhancement and environmental protection projects, as well as educational activities for schools and families. It is open during the summer season.
