Subsequently, the name changed into SPE.GA (the acronym of “SPEcialità GAstronomiche”). Then, since 1986, the store has been named Gastronomia Stella. The store has gradually specialised in its own production of gastronomic products and local specialities. Lately, the delicatessen has also been offering the possibility of table service. Both externally and internally there are valuable elements related to the business dating back to the 1960s, when the store was opened.
On the outside, the shop windows present wooden shutters in green paint with rounded edges, following the typical design of the 1960s; inside, however, there are still items of furniture, shelves made of wood and metal. The wooden ceiling system is particularly relevant, as it is characterised by robust and basic geometrical lines and incorporated into the wall structure.
