MOUNTAINS AND MONUMENTAL TREES OF ERBEZZO
Hiking along trails and roads that touch the numerous Lessinia alpine pastures located on the border with the province of Trento. The characteristic formation of the vaj, the climate, and the proximity to the border between the Kingdom of Italy and the Austro-Hungarian Empire are elements that have significantly influenced the creation of pastures and trails in this area of the plateau. During the hike, we will stop under the large centuries-old beech trees of malga Maia, where we will listen to stories and events that occurred among the pastures of Erbetum, as the territory of Erbezzo was referred to in ancient times.
