The green trail starts from the hamlet of Jegher in Roverè Veronese, which is also a handy place to park your car. Take the paved road heading south, following the signs for Erbisti, then continue on to Pazzocco, Sartori and Gardun, where you can admire the religious architecture of Lessinia, with small chapels and churches built from local stone. Once you arrive in Gardun, continue towards the centre of the hamlet until you reach the junction with the main road that heads uphill to San Francesco; at this point, follow the signs for Vilio, and slightly further on for the 'Giassàra del Modesto'. Once you have visited the giassàra (ice house), get back on the paved road towards Vilio. Head off the marked path to take a look at the centuries-old beech tree known as the Fò del Vilio. Return to the path to head back to your starting point, Jegher.
