Departure from the Piazza di Roverè Veronese, heading towards San Francesco. After about a kilometer from the town center, turn at località Vajo, where a little further ahead, you can visit the unique Forest Museum.
Continue to località Gorgo, where the remains of a solid and well-preserved "giassara" are testimony to ancient works, then continue along the dirt road until contrada Salaorno. Follow the signs for the Grotta del Monte Capriolo and continue on the path that, after a short stretch, turns right and returns to località Gorgo.
Return to the village via the outbound path.
