WALK IN THE CLASSIC SOAVE
The route is circular except for the last stretch that leads to Fittà.
It is recommended to start from the Sanctuary of Bassanella and immediately ascend the castle road. You will pass through the vineyards of Soave Classico, circling around Monte Foscarino to the east, enjoying the beautiful panorama of the low Valdalpone, and on clearer days, you will also glimpse the Euganean Hills to the south as well as the nearby Berici Hills.
Upon arriving in Fittà, we recommend taking a short stroll around the village, where magnificent viewpoints will open up. On the return, Monte Foscarino will be circled from the west, at which point you can appreciate the low Valtramigna and the Veronese plain.
The itinerary is passable throughout the year. The summer months are the least suitable for the walk. Remember during the hottest periods to bring water and a hat. Wear appropriate footwear to tackle uneven terrain and dress suitably for the season.
