A walk through the scenic villages of the valley, with three stops at the ancient dairies of Fregona, Feder, and Carfon, all sharing the same past as places for collecting milk to be transformed into dairy products. Today, each of them tells a piece of the history of mountain life: from haymaking to peasant civilization with the poet Valerio Da Pos, and of course, to the history of the dairies.
