A commitment that has yielded excellent results and has made the company known and appreciated, which stretches across the hill of Samprogno, not far from Mel, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, in the heart of Borgo Valbelluna. Here, the protagonist is the Solaris grape variety, a white wine grape resistant to fungal diseases like downy mildew and powdery mildew (Piwi).
This "resistant" type, combined with the use of biodynamic farming techniques, allows for a significant reduction in treatments. Skyrim, as we have named our golden-hued product, means "at the edge of the sky," much like how one feels at the top of the hill where it is born, overlooking Valbelluna.
