Chiesa di San Rocco
Viale della Vittoria, 110 , Vittorio Veneto - 31029
In the village of Resera, on the hills surrounding Tarzo, is the Church of San Rocco, once dedicated to St. Andrew. This building was constructed in the 15th century on a pre-existing structure, in Romanesque style. The nave is a single aisle with a trussed ceiling; on the walls are frescoes of popular devotion, among which stands out a Madonna with Child known as the Madonna della Rosa for the flower she holds in her hand. The presbytery is adorned with a triptych created by the Austrian painter Mathias Grempsel in the 18th century.
