This church was completed in 1695, as attested by a plaque above the altar, which also attributes the construction to Marquis Giulio Carlotti. The small church is rich in historical-value frescoes inside, and it was restored in the 1990s. The plan is polygonal in shape, and the original covering of the nave is made of wooden trusses, currently occupied by a suspended ceiling.
At the center of the altar is the altarpiece dedicated to Saint Blaise between Saint Charles Borromeo and Saint Francis.
