The IAT Lessinia is primarily the office responsible for collecting and disseminating tourist information and welcoming visitors, as well as many organizational activities in the area.
It organizes meetings with operators and associations to keep them updated on activities, updates IT systems and regional portals (website, DMS, social media, newsletters), participates in specialized training sessions for IATs, trade fairs, and seminars, and coordinates associations and operators in the area. It also deals with the promotion of Lessinia by creating tailored materials and participating in fairs through specialized staff.
In August 2018, IAT Lessinia joined the circuit of Regional IATs and is therefore part of the network of tourist information offices in the Veneto Region.
IAT Lessinia keeps its main office in Bosco Chiesanuova open and coordinates 26 infopoints spread across the territory.
