The Rossi family's experience in the restaurant business dates back to the early Sixties, when Mr. Gino, along with his wife Antonia, decided to assist his sister-in-law, who had become a war widow, helping her manage her Trattoria, which is attached to a small grocery store selling food items, salt, and tobacco.
Shortly thereafter, the sister-in-law left the management, and the Rossi couple decided to take it on themselves, later passing it on to their children and grandchildren along with the secrets of local gastronomic specialties and the selection of the best products from those offered by businesses and shops in the surrounding area.
