This beautiful palace, nowadays historical residence on the Canal Grande was threatened to be completely destroyed after the condemnation suffered by the “paron” messer Lion, bandit for alleged conspiracy of State by the “Serenissima Republic of Venice”. Nowadays the building in venetian -byzantine style consists of two floors crossed by an old and imposing external staircase along the Remer Campiello. From the sunny terrace, who reserves the superior room you can admire the slowly and continuous coming and going of the Gondolas on the main street of the venetian commerce the Canal Grande.
Lion Morosini Palace is located in the historic center of Venice, in a quiet location just a few minutes from the Rialto Bridge, excellent location for visiting Venice on foot or by boat (the closest stop is only 2 minutes, convenient to visit the main monuments and the main shopping streets.

towards the Rialto Bridge, when you see the shop of Hard Rock Café on your right, turn right into the square of San Bartolomeo keep left, go throught and take the street between Luisa Spagnoli and Fondaco dei tedeschi at the end cross a bridge, you are now in Salizada San Grisostomo, walk straight on for about 100 metres, when you see Burger King on your left turn in the little street, then right and left under the cover street, on your right you will find Lion Morosini entrance at 5700!
