Inside the hotel, there is also a restaurant that offers traditional dishes with a modern twist, to meet the tastes of customers and showcase the true flavors of local traditional cuisine: from delicious first courses like pumpkin gnocchi and homemade pasta, dressed with traditional sauces such as the one with venison, which is also strictly prepared in-house.
There is also an ice cream shop inside the hotel, open to the public. Moreno Azzalini personally oversees the ice cream shop, preparing ice cream according to traditional recipes.
