„La Bella Casa Gingelina“ is one of the special holiday homes on the southern slopes of the Dolomites in northern Italy. Located at the foot of Mount Dolada, it offers not only a breathtaking view but also many recreational activities such as hiking, paragliding, or skiing in winter. The house, which is over 100 years old, has recently been completely renovated; it provides you with all the comfort you need on warm summer days and a cozy refuge on winter days.

A three-story house awaits you with a total area of 75 square meters. Each floor has a generous living area of 25 square meters. In addition to the fireplace, the central heating ensures that La Bella Casa is warm in winter.
The bathroom and kitchen are on the ground floor. The bedrooms and the living area are on the upper floors.

How to reach it from the North and South:
A27 Motorway: follow the A27 towards Belluno. After passing Belluno, continue until the exit for Ponte nelle Alpi. After taking the SS51, follow the large ring road and keep right following the signs for Soccher/Casan/Arsiè. After the underpass that goes under the motorway, take Via 1° Novembre, towards Casan. At the end of the village, you will find Osteria da Anna Pia. From there, continue on foot to the old dairy and then towards the chapel of S. Antonio. Continuing straight, you will arrive at the Gingelina. Once the route is verified, it is now possible to reach the house by car and park in the space reserved for guests.
SS51 State Road from Belluno: after passing the city, follow the Piave River until you reach the village of Ponte nelle Alpi. Near the village, there is a roundabout where you should keep right, continuing along the state road towards the district of Cadola. After passing through the district, you will parallel the A27 motorway; before going under the motorway, turn left onto Via 1° Novembre (direction Soccher and Casan). After crossing a small river, continue keeping right along Via 1° Novembre but heading towards Casan. Continuing along the road, after a series of bends, you will arrive in the center of the village at Osteria di Anna Pia, where it is advisable to leave the car and proceed on foot to the old dairy, from there head towards the chapel of S. Antonio and continuing in that direction, you will arrive at the Gingelina. Once the route is verified, it can be reached by car.
Located in the central area of the Province of Belluno, you can visit the most beautiful cities and towns of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage (Belluno/Nevegal 15 minutes away, Feltre 45 minutes away, and Cortina 60 minutes away).
