Our flexible rates include: in the low season that the customer can cancel free up to 3 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount of the first night if he cancels in the 3 days before arrival. If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation. In high season the customer can cancel for free up to 7 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount up to 3 nights of the reservation if he cancels in the 7 days before arrival. If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation. With our flexible rates no advance payment is required but only the credit card as guarantee.
For those coming from Milan or Brenner: from the A4 motorway, arrive at the Mestre exit and continue on the Mestre ring road, exit towards the Tessera / Jesolo airport, continue towards "Spiagge",

Although our hotel is located in a very quiet pedestrian area in the evening, our guests are allowed to reach the hotel by car up to the convenient covered parking.
