The Castle of San Pelagio rests in the embrace of a wonderful park of three hectares, inserted in the circuit of the Great Italian Gardens.
During your visit, you can breathe the scent of a thousand roses in the Representative Garden, between the two wings of the villa; visit the Secret Garden and its treasures; explore the Brolo, the Glacier, the Maze, and walk along the avenue of centuries-old carpini and around the romantic pond, admiring the original examples of flying vehicles.
Inaugurated on September 20th, 1980, the Museum of Flight develops in the two wings of the Castle of San Pelagio, masterful and rustic. Through thematic sections, the museum retraces the main stages of the evolution of the means that led man to the discovery of the sky and space. In the ancient barns, cellars and residential rooms of the Zaborra family, stories of mythical flights, visionary scientists, ballooners and airships are exhibited today.
