It all began back in 1927, when Guglielmo Provolo decided to purchase the small plot of land he had been working for several years. From the war to the time of rebirth, a sincere passion has emerged that flows through four generations. First Luigino, then Marco, today Matteo and Alessia: guided by a single vision: respect for the territory and for tradition, combining ancient knowledge with contemporary vision. Today, the wines, as well as the vineyards and the winery, are certified organic, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment.

The experience includes a guided tour of the century-old Provolo winery, which will allow you to dive deep into the beating heart of our production; as well as the main winemaking processes and typical processing methods of the Veronese tradition. You will also have the chance to see the historical archive of the Provolo winery, with privileged century-old labels. Following that, there will be a tasting of 4 wines from the Veronese region; namely, the strengths of our winery.
The tasting includes the sampling of:
- SOAVE
- VALPOLICELLA
- CAMPOTORBIAN, Valpolicella Ripasso
- AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA
The tasting will be accompanied by crispy rustic grissini and a platter of cured meats and cheeses typical of the area.
