At Castrum Wine Relais, an English-language wine tasting experience awaits you in a unique setting where you can discover Valpolicella through all your senses, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, art, family stories, and exceptional wines.
The tasting experience begins in the boutique cellar, with a presentation of the family history and the territory, followed by a guided tasting led by our sommeliers of five wines from Valpolicella produced by us, accompanied by local gastronomic products. The wines being tasted belong to the “Signature Collection – Borghetti Giampiero”, a selection of Valpolicella wines that are an authentic expression of our territory and family tradition.
