The residence consists of a single building of 3 floors with 11 apartments of various types, connected by an elevator. Each accommodation is provided with an outdoor parking space in the fenced parking lot. The garden, located in front of the wonderful Lake Santa Caterina, is equipped with loungers, a playground for children, and a gazebo.
The building was constructed with respect for the environment and utilizing all possible energy-saving techniques; it is equipped with centralized pellet heating (compressed wood) with the capability to program and independently manage the temperature of each individual apartment.
Available for guests in the basement are a laundry room equipped with washing machines, a dryer, an ironing board, and an iron; a free ski storage with a boot warmer to dry equipment after an intense day on the slopes. Next to the reception, there is a bike storage area.
The price of the stay includes all expenses, water, electricity, heating in winter, final cleaning, excluding the kitchenette, which we ask to be left clean and free of trash, bed linens (including the sofa bed), bathroom linens, tablecloth, and dish towels.

Deposit: Upon arrival, at the same time as the key handover, a deposit of € 200.00 (€ 500.00 on New Year's Eve) in cash is required per apartment. It will be returned at the time of departure after checking the apartment.
Pets are NOT allowed, not even small ones.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, including e-cigarettes, and parties are not allowed.
Check-in: from 15:30 to 19:00 (after 19:00 only by prior arrangement, after 20:00 a supplement of € 30.00 and no later than 21:00). Check-in is not possible after 21:00.
Check-out: from 8:30 to 10:00 (for early departures, check-out must be requested at the reception by 19:00 the day before)
