Built by architect Edoardo Gellner born in Opatija, Istria in 1909. Constructed with a concave shape using materials such as concrete, wood, stone and metal, the council chamber is striking, where one can admire the interweaving of the exposed wooden trusses and the bridge beam that energises the space.
