Directed at children and teenagers aged 3 to 13 years, educational riding offers lessons in the field designed to bring young people closer to the world of horses through a learning experience combined with fun.
The activity is planned and conducted with particular attention to psychological, relational, and educational aspects, using the relationship with the horse as a valuable opportunity for growth.
The activity starts with grooming and caring for the pony, to learn to know it and establish a relationship of trust. This is followed by a practical component of leading by hand and riding, with activities appropriate to the age of the participants.
