Colesel is a winery which is situated within the Valdobbiadene DOCG area, and it is the unique winery inside the Cartizze microzone to have a total control of the production line, starting from the raw material processing up to the ready-made product.
The company was born in 1949, and the generations later, from 1986 it has been managed by Siro Bortolin who runs the work in the vineyard during the whole year. The Bortolin sons, Vlady, the oenologist, takes care of the whole wine production line, including the sparkling wine making process, while Antonio manages the commercial part.
Colesel is a bending of history, traditions, men, land and hard work which works for years and generations to present the products of excellence, the unique selections of Cartizze DOCG and Valdobbiadene DOCG, where the hands of a man contribute constantly to the care and respect to the territory, part of Unesco World Heritage, which always remains at the basis of the company’s work and philosophy.
